Practice
I was watching one of my daily dose of entertainment yesterday - Wan Quan Yu Le on channel U, and approaching the end of the show, there's this particular segment where Jolin Tsai came as a special guest to teach English. She had with her this card board thingy, bearing the sentence " I had practiced Yoga..." or something along those lines. Her job was to read that sentence aloud and teach the Taiwanese viewers. So she went like " I had prac-tick yoga..." Her "practiced" became "prac-tick". Much as I like her music, her dance, her sexy figure and everything, her prac-tick kinda puts me off. I mean half the population of Taiwan is probably gonna go around saying "I had prac-tick my maths" now, given the high viewership of that show. Practice more, Jolin. =)
