X'mas day celebration, steamboat & scrabble

Every x'mas..

signifies a year older for my very best friend..

Spent x'mas at Yan's brother's condo..

:: Steamboat ::

Had a Lireal steamboat outing @ Yifeng's house.

Met up with some of them at 3+ to buy food from IMM.

My, IMM did change alot. From the plain looking shopping centre with the boring shops to a mini orchard look alike shopping galore.

No pictures from the steamboat thou, was too lazy to take pics. The only picture is that of the food, which is really pretty pointless to put up.

Nevertheless, it was fun having a Lireal outing.

So long since the last one.

:: Scrabble ::

Scrabble inter hall competition was funny.

We played for two days.

One on 27th and one on 28th.

I got thrashed really badly on 27th.

But was expecting it..considering I only played Scrabble 2 times before the competition.

But surprisingly on the 28th..

I had scrabble luck.

Whats funny is that for the first game, my opponent and the umpire [referee for the game] actually helped me out in my game.

Lol.

Can't believe a competitor actually helped me out during a competition.

They were like calculating for me which space to put the words that will get me the maximum score.

It was the first time I actually enjoy playing scrabble.

Besides the game @ parkway. Hee.

As for the second game, my competitor actually never turn up. So it was a walkover.

Wahaha.

And I get to leave early to play PS2. *grins

Merry X'mas

Whee..35 mins past x'mas.

Merry X'mas my dear friends!

Happy birthday to my dear chiu yan, you're finally a year older! :)

23rd Dec...

Went to Cathay e2max..

My very first time there.

Cool place indeed.. with their big bean bag & a private room to watch dvds.

This was how the room looks like.

We had elmo for company too. A elmo who can't stop laughing. Puts a whole new meaning to LOL.

24th Dec

Fondue @ Cherie's house.

Our only group photo. Pity Shaline's not in it thou, she left early.

We had marshmallows, bananas, strawberries and apples.

My fav was the strawberries.

A tinge of sourness within sweetness. Perfect.

And we baked choc chip cookies too.

With Emilyn as our main chef.

Hee. Like the picture emilyn? :p

Went up to Cherie's room after eating and laze around to chat.

NBS Bash & X'mas Mochi
NBS bash on 12th Dec.

Didnt manage to take nice pictures thou.. the lighting in clubs suck. Lol.

Received an email from my cousin inviting me to view Mochi's pictures. If u all can't remember who Mochi is, he's the uber cute and uber fat rabbit :) This time round the pictures feature Mochi in Santa costume. As usual I couldn't resist Mochi's cuteness so I made a collage for him - titled X'mas Mochi.

Hehe, nice isn't it?

I'm hooked onto ANTM recently. Couldn't stop watching it. Heh.

Mayday & Ping Guan concert
Well, there was actually another singer called cheng sheng, but his songs are not really my kind of songs [more of my mum's kind], so I left him out from the title. >_<

My uncle got us free tickets for this concert so I went with yan & kelly. They gave us free lightsticks and this air bat thingy. We had fun fooling around with the camera, and I told Kelly I'm gonna make it my very own concert.

Ta da! There. My very own concert. This is the part where they will show the artistes who are going to perform before the commencement of the concert. Oops.

Lol okay I shall cut the crap.

The pictures we took that day werent very nice. The lighting kinda suck, so the pictures are dull and blur. Or maybe the fault lies with my camera. Lol.

I changed the picture to black and white. Black & white hardly goes wrong. Same rule goes for the fashion world.

Halfway thru the concert, I couldnt resist but sneak up stage to take a pic with Mayday.

Oops this is so fake. Lol! Pardon my mischief =P

Sweet November

An incredibly beautiful movie showing how one can change the life of a person. This movie does has a happy ending, even though the girl left the world in the end. When she left, he lost his world but found himself, more than he ever would if she has not come into his life. And he gave her true love before the end of her road. Life can be beautiful, if you know how to live life to the fullest and treasure the amount of time you have on earth. Utterly sweet. Of course, it does help that the main actor is Keanu Reeves. :P

The best thing about exams..
