Sweet November
An incredibly beautiful movie showing how one can change the life of a person. This movie does has a happy ending, even though the girl left the world in the end. When she left, he lost his world but found himself, more than he ever would if she has not come into his life. And he gave her true love before the end of her road. Life can be beautiful, if you know how to live life to the fullest and treasure the amount of time you have on earth. Utterly sweet. Of course, it does help that the main actor is Keanu Reeves. :P
