Hello dear friends!
Happy Chinese New Year to all!
So far, new year has been off to a good start,
won some money from the traditions of family gambling during new year.

Pardon for the lack of updates, my laptop was away for a little trip to the repair centre,
Sad to say, the keyboard has yet to be changed.
I need to send it back again when the keyboard they ordered arrives.

Some updates!
Made an apple crumble.
Was pretty disappointed because the crust below was made too thin,
in the end, the pie couldn't be lifted up.
The lattice top looks good,
but not really practical for cutting.
The washing part was the worst,
especially the paste for the apple which sticks to the pot.




Last week there was a Hall 3 midnight fiesta.
Went there with guru.
Felt a little out of place because everyone there was from Hall 3 except for me.
Seldom went to Chinatown during New Year coz I dislike crowds.
Even though,
it was a good trip there with guru.
Bought a nice red necklace for $2!
